Meet Jason
Hi, I’m Jason Welty, Founder and CEO of Kairos Next Level.
I started Kairos Next Level because I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be when leaders unlock new levels of self-awareness and purpose. It’s amazing what happens when you find clarity not just in your work but in the way you connect with others.
I didn’t plan on becoming a facilitator and consultant—it just sort of happened. But over time, I realized how meaningful this work could be. What drives me now is helping leaders become more self-aware, and watching that transformation impact how they live and do business. My own journey toward self-awareness started at 40, with a simple conversation I had with one of my daughters. That moment set me on a path of discovering how seeing yourself clearly can open new doors in life and leadership.
I believe deeply in the message of Timothy Keller’s Every Good Endeavor: work is a part of who we are meant to be, not something we should endure just to get by. If we’re created to work, then we should strive for work that brings meaning and fulfillment. At Kairos Next Level, my mission is to help leaders uncover the hidden factors influencing their decisions, relationships, and organizations, creating workplaces where people truly thrive. It’s incredibly rewarding to be a part of that journey.
